    • Damage or Returns

      RETURNS:

      E-mail kai@golddustdesignshop.com to receive a return Authorization and provide proof of damage or printing error. If customer has approved a proof with an error, we are not responsible for this error and will provide corrected items for a print only charge.

      Please include your full name and order number in the e-mail. The printed return authorization must be included in the box with your return. Merchandise returned without Return Authorization will not receive a refund. 

      Package the returned merchandise with extreme care. Returns damaged during transit will not receive a refund. Damaged returns are discarded immediately and cannot be returned to sender. *Do not wrap or package merchandise directly with newspaper (the ink smears on the cardstock). Detailed Packing tips

      Include a copy of the order invoice.

      Mail to the below address via the least expensive postal method. Return shipping expenses are not typically refunded.

      Please Note:

      • Returns are accepted within 72 hours of the purchase.
      • All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all customers sample our products & be sure of what they need before placing an order. All samples can be ordered with free shipping.
      • Refund credits will be received within 2-3 weeks, to the credit card or paypal account of the original purchase.
      • NON-RETURNABLE items: Clearance/discontinued items, samples, customized/personalized stationary, special orders, & custom size paper.

       

      CANCEL ORDER:

      Please contact us immediately. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Custom products such as Custom Size Paper, Custom Stationary or Printed items cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made. Orders are often being assembled within 1 hour of the order placement.
       

      If the order has left our workshop it will need to be returned and will be treated as a return. At this point the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
